GREEN SILICON CARBIDE
Green Silicon Carbide is produced in an electric resistance fornace from quartz sand, petroleum coke and salt at high temperature. It's semi-transparent in green colour with friability higher purity of crystallization and hardness, abrasive tools made of it are suitable for processing hard and brittle materials such as: hard alloy, titanium alloy, bearing steel as well as some non-metallic materials including: glass, agate, electrical ceramic, quartz products, rockand so on. Green Silicon Carbide is also used as higher grade refactory materials, electrical heating element and elements for electrical appliances.
